In 2018, Ningbo Municipal Audit Bureau found 13 kinds of problems in its economic responsibility audit of the Municipal Commerce Committee, such as inadequate audit of funds subsidies, inadequate supervision of government procurement, and loopholes in some internal control systems. The audit team has communicated with the relevant departments of the Municipal Commerce Committee many times. It is suggested that we should start with perfecting the mechanism and system, and rectify the problems found in the audit in an all-round way without leaving any dead ends. Ningbo Municipal Commerce Committee attaches great importance to it. It has held several special meetings to study and deploy audit rectification, actively carry out self-examination and self-rectification, comprehensively comb and summarize all aspects of problems, decompose audit rectification tasks one by one, and ensure that rectification is in place.
　　First, we should promote the provision of full-time internal auditors. To select and allocate high-quality, professional and competent cadres at the departmental level, clearly assume internal audit responsibilities by the office, and strengthen the supervision of financial revenue and expenditure, economic activities, internal control and risk management of the whole system of the Municipal Commerce Commission.
　　The second is to promote the introduction of various systems. Up to November 2018, the Municipal Commerce Committee, in consultation with the Municipal Finance Bureau, promulgated the Measures for Implementing Ningbo's "Going Out" Supporting Funds. It also formulated five management measures, including the Regulations for the Management of Transfer Payment Funds (Trial Implementation), the Measures for the Management of Government Purchase Services under the Limit Standard, and the Manual of Internal Control.
　　Third, we should promote joint supervision and inspection. In September 2018, the Municipal Committee of Commerce and the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly carried out joint supervision and inspection on the management, implementation progress and performance of the special funds, and intensified the tracking and supervision of the special funds cut up. The audit rectification has achieved initial results.
