　　In the special audit survey of the city quality improvement in the central urban area of last year, the Ningbo Municipal Audit Bureau found that the urban two level road planning and the annual construction plan were not integrated enough, which resulted in the repeated construction of some projects, affecting the construction performance. The bureau made a special report to the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, wrote 3 information special reports, such as "insufficient rigidity of road construction planning in the central urban area and the inadequacy of the annual plan implementation," and so on, and put forward suggestions to improve the planning rigidity, plan the construction plan of each district, further straighten out and clearly build management responsibilities. The Secretary of the municipal Party committee made a positive approval in the report, and asked for careful implementation of the audit recommendations; the mayor and the deputy mayor of the deputy mayor had many reports in the special report, and called the relevant departments to study the relevant system and optimize the management system for urban development.
