At the same time, we should further strengthen the study of bidding laws and regulations, strictly abide by relevant systems, and achieve the unity of form and substance.

It is clear that the project and contract modification must be examined and approved by the competent department, financial supervision must be strengthened, and no project payment shall be made if there are irregularities such as failing to submit tenders according to the stipulations, evading tenders for split projects, or failing to examine and approve emergency projects in accordance with the stipulated procedures.

The environmental sanitation and cleaning projects suspected of being in collusion with the bidders were Re-contracted in advance, and a new round of environmental sanitation and cleaning bidding has been completed.
