On January 9, the Municipal Bureau organized the Summary and Recognition Conference of 2018, which was attended by all cadres and staff of the Bureau and the strategic team of coordination. 　　The meeting gave on-site recognition to the appraisal of advanced departments, excellent sub-staff and commendation personnel of the Bureau in 2018. Five representatives of advanced departments and excellent sub-staff shared their personal experience and experience in fulfilling their duties in the light of their daily work. Nie Xianjun, the head of the discipline inspection team, and Jin Wanguan, the co-director of the Joint Office of Discipline Inspection, shared their life experiences since their work, and the participating cadres were greatly encouraged.
　　At the meeting, Chen Jiaqiang, secretary and director of the Party Leadership Group of the Bureau, made a comprehensive summary of the work since April 2015 from four aspects. On the basis of clarifying the working ideas, conform to the reform trend, promote transformation and upgrading, and take the initiative to optimize the external environment, give full play to the economic supervision function of audit. Second, we should focus on the overall situation of service and achieve new achievements with high standards. Around the unified requirements of higher auditing organs, the central work of local Party committees and governments, the hot and difficult points concerned by the masses and the work of combating corruption and promoting honesty, we should give full play to the functions of auditing supervision and service and achieve remarkable results. Third, we should focus on fine management and promote new development with new mechanisms. Focus on building plate mechanism, strengthening quality control, integrating all kinds of resources, promoting rectification and supervision, strengthening theoretical research, expanding social impact, and comprehensively improving the level of scientific and refined audit. Fourthly, we should focus on upgrading energy levels and create new images with strict requirements. We should grasp the two orientations of politics and the overall situation, the two main bodies of the team and the branch, the two key points of ability and style, the two key points of system and culture, and comprehensively enhance the image of audit. Finally, Director Chen raised new hopes for the development of Ningbo Audit and wished Ningbo Audit a better tomorrow.
