On the morning of December 4, Ningbo Municipal Audit Bureau organized 14 party members and cadres of audit institutions at the municipal and county levels to visit the "May 4th constitution" historical data exhibition hall (beishanguan District) in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. This is the drafting place of the 1954 Constitution, the first constitution of the people's Republic of China. Party members and cadres carefully watch the documentary, literature, historical files, videos, etc. of the May 4th constitution, and understand in detail the whole process and far-reaching influence of the drafting, discussion and adoption of the May 4th constitution. Through learning, we have a deeper understanding of the May 4th constitution, a deeper understanding of the spirit of the constitution, and the spirit of the rule of law has further entered our hearts and minds.
