In order to improve the skills of auditors, strengthen the construction of auditing team and innovate the thinking of auditing work, the spring centralized training of Ningbo's auditing system was held in Cixi from February 13 to 15. More than 400 auditing cadres from municipal bureaus, audit bureaus of districts and counties and audit departments of development parks participated in the training.
　　He Xiaobao, the chief auditor of the Municipal Bureau, made a mobilization speech at the opening ceremony, which greatly encouraged all the auditing cadres who participated in the training. The training covers macroeconomic lectures, experience introduction of excellent audit projects, compilation and reporting of audit information, audit quality management, urban development of Ningbo and construction of Dawan District, and invites experts from Zhejiang Audit Office, Ningbo Municipal Party School, Municipal Government Office and Municipal Development Planning Research Institute to give lectures, as well as audit items commended by the Audit Office. The case is introduced by the staff, which is rich in content, comprehensive, vivid and in place.
　　During the training, the backbone auditors of the whole city listened carefully, thought deeply and exchanged fully with the teachers who taught them, which embodied the strict and innovative learning spirit of the auditing cadres, and laid a solid foundation for opening up a new situation for the reform and development of auditing undertakings and pushing Ningbo's auditing work forward in the new era in the whole province.
