In order to advocate the concept of "practicing economy and green office", constantly improve the level of construction of "conservation-oriented organs", firmly establish the new resource concept of cadres and workers'recycling, the Municipal Audit Bureau has taken many measures to actively promote the garbage classification work.

　　Firstly, we should strengthen infrastructure facilities and provide sound and perfect hardware support. Increase the number of garbage collection containers globally, ensure that each office is equipped with recyclable garbage baskets and other garbage cans, at least two garbage cans for kitchen waste are equipped on each floor, and regularly organize the collection of hazardous garbage for unified treatment to ensure effective source management and orderly distribution.
　　Second, we should carry out thematic publicity activities to cultivate good habits of cadres and staff. Through watching the garbage classification promotional films, distributing brochures, pasting classification labels and other means, with the help of LED screens, propaganda boards and Wechat public numbers in the office area and other publicity platforms, we can create a comprehensive garbage classification atmosphere, improve the overall awareness of garbage classification of cadres, and announce and confirm some of the more difficult garbage through nails, OA systems and other channels.
　　Third, work out implementation plans to improve the management level of garbage classification. Publish the "Implementation Plan for Establishing Demonstration Units for Domestic Waste Classification", clarify the responsibilities of division of labor and compaction, intensify daily guidance and effect inspection, regularly report, track and supervise non-standard and incorrect classification behavior, and ensure the steady and orderly progress of garbage classification through careful supervision, strict assessment, and clear rewards and punishments system.
