According to the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Feedback of Audit Results of Economic Responsibility of Leading Cadres of Ningbo City (Trial), the Municipal Audit Bureau held a meeting on feedback of audit results of economic responsibility of leaders of the Secretariat of Ningbo Arbitration Commission on February 2, 2024.

At the meeting, the audit team briefed on the audit results and related situations, and put forward audit recommendations. Wang Shaoqing, chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Municipal State-owned enterprises of the Municipal Audit Bureau, put forward three requirements on the audit rectification work and the application of the results: First, to improve the political position and attach great importance to the audit rectification work. It is necessary to make the audit rectification work a concrete measure to firmly support the "two establishment" and resolutely achieve the "two maintenance". The second is to consolidate the main responsibility and comprehensively implement the problem rectification work. The secretariat of the Arbitration Commission shall consolidate the rectification responsibilities of all parties, take measures according to the types of rectification problems, and promote the rectification in a nodal way. And strengthen to reform and promote treatment, establish and improve the long-term mechanism, so as to maximize the audit effect. Third, we must strengthen supervision and guidance and strictly implement closed-loop management of problems. The Audit team should strengthen communication with the secretariat of the Arbitration Commission and do a good job in providing guidance and services. At the same time, do a good job of rectification and supervision to ensure that the problem is rectified in place.

Finally, Fang Liang, director of the Secretariat of the Arbitration Commission, made a statement on the audit rectification and the application of the results, indicating that the feedback of the audit team was sincerely accepted by the secretariat of the Arbitration Commission, and was fully accepted according to the order, and would make every effort to promote the rectification tasks through the formation of a special class to ensure the effectiveness of the rectification work.
