At the meeting, the audit team reported on the audit results and related situations, and put forward audit suggestions and rectification requirements. The person in charge of the audited unit stated that they will attach great importance to audit rectification and the application of audit results, implement rectification responsibilities, and carry out rectification of three types of problems: immediate rectification, phased rectification, and continuous rectification according to requirements. They will also strengthen research and analysis of problems, draw lessons from others, establish and improve institutional mechanisms, and enhance management level.

Director Wang Shaoqing emphasized three requirements for the use of audit results and problem rectification: firstly, to promote political norms and take the use of results seriously. We should approach the application of audit results from a political perspective; Viewing the application of audit results from the perspective of promoting high-quality development; To effectively utilize audit results from the perspective of promoting the rule of law. The second is to focus on implementation and seek long-term results, and solidly promote problem rectification. The audited entity must firmly shoulder the political responsibility of rectifying audit issues, and carry out problem rectification with a "truly responsible, truly rectified" attitude and practical and effective measures. We need to strengthen the requirement of "signing and endorsing by the top leader, and taking charge of direct management", strictly implement the responsibility for rectification, focus on long-term and optimized governance on the basis of strict classification and rectification according to regulations, and draw lessons from specific problems while correcting them, so as to address both the symptoms and root causes. The third is to focus on collaborative efforts and carry out detailed and practical problem rectification. The audited entity and audit team should strengthen collaboration and solidly promote rectification. The audited entity should proactively communicate and contact the audit team, strictly implement the rigid requirements for rectification, and the audit team should provide guidance and services during the rectification process, helping and promoting the implementation of rectification work.
