On the afternoon of March 31, 2025, Ningbo Municipal Audit Bureau organized a feedback meeting on the audit results of economic responsibility of leading cadres of Ningbo City Investment Group. The audit team reports the audit results and relevant information, and makes audit recommendations. Xu Shansui, member of the Party group of the Municipal Audit Bureau, deputy director and head of the audit team, analyzed and summarized the problems found by the audit from five aspects: implementation, high-quality development, deepening reform, risk control and control of subordinate companies, further emphasized the importance of audit rectification, and put forward three rectification opinions from the perspective of deepening reform and development of state-owned enterprises:

First, the responsibility for rectification must be implemented. The main leader implements the first responsibility in accordance with relevant regulations, the responsible leader implements the responsible responsibility in accordance with the business line, and the person in charge of the department and subordinate subsidiaries implements the main responsibility in accordance with the responsibility, top-down supervision and bottom-up responsibility.

Second, rectification measures should be in place. Promote the rectification by classification, and firmly grasp the requirements of three different types of rectification in the rectification time limit, the rectification in stages and the continuous rectification; Implement rectification of the standard, clarify the rectification roadmap, timetable and responsible person; Rectification, from the point to the surface, from the surface to the inside, from here to there to promote rectification, improve management level.

Third, the long-term mechanism should be improved. Improve the management system, revise and improve the procurement, project management, risk control and supervision systems of subordinate companies according to the audit recommendations; Improve the internal control mechanism, improve the ability and level of internal supervision and internal audit to find problems and give opinions before and during the process; Strengthen the application of results, and integrate audit rectification into the construction of Party conduct and clean government.
