On May 9th, the kick-off meeting for the economic responsibility audit of Chen Zhiang, the chairman of Ningxing (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Party Secretary and Chairman of Ningxing Group (Ningbo) Co., LTD., was held. At the meeting, the audit team read out the audit notice and introduced the scope and key contents of the audit.

Xu Shansui, a member of the Party Group, deputy director and head of the Audit Team of the Municipal Audit Bureau, put forward three opinions at the meeting on how to do a good job in this audit work: First, it is necessary to enhance political awareness and have a correct understanding of auditing. The audited entity should fully recognize the supervisory, preventive and service guarantee functions that auditing possesses. Second, it is necessary to enhance coordination and interaction and actively cooperate with the audit. In light of the particularity of the management system and business characteristics of the audited entity, during the project implementation process, it is necessary to proactively enhance coordination and cooperation. At the same time, the audited entity should also proactively implement rectification while auditing and actively promote the optimization and improvement of systems and mechanisms. Third, we must adhere to objectivity and impartiality and conduct audits in accordance with the law. The audit team should not only adhere to objectivity and impartiality, conduct audits in accordance with laws and regulations, but also be realistic and effectively implement the "three distinctions". At the same time, it is also necessary to strictly abide by the "Four Prohibitions" and "Eight Do-nots" work discipline of auditing and do a good job in confidentiality and security.
