In order to give full play to the role of temporary party organizations as a fighting fortress in the execution of major tasks and strive to solve the actual situation of the audit team's long audit cycle and inconvenient participation in organizational life, Ningbo Audit Bureau conscientiously implements the work requirements of "built branches on projects" and launches the "audience group + temporary party branch" model, covering organizational life and learning education to the audit team outside, and promoting the mutual promotion and integrated development of party building and business work. 
Recently, before the Party Audit and Term Economic Responsibility Audit Group of the Leading Cadres of Xidian Town, Ninghai County, the CPC Central Committee applied for the approval of the audit notice and the application for the establishment of a temporary party branch before officially entering Xidian Town, Ninghai County, so that the party flag could fly high on the front line of the audit, providing a strong organizational guarantee for the successful completion of the audit tasks. On May 23, the temporary party branch held the first meeting of all party members, organized party members and cadres to study the "Excerpts of Xi Jinping's Discourse on Strengthening the Party's Style Construction", and combined with the ongoing study and education on in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, they carried out problem investigations and investigations in accordance with typical cases, and continuously deepened the awareness of the importance of style construction of all audit team members, effectively enhanced the cultivation of party spirit and discipline awareness, and promoted the study and education to go deeper and more practical with higher standards and stricter requirements. The meeting also organized the study of the Provincial Audit Department's "Audit Quality Reminder" ([2025] Issue 1), requiring the members of the audit team to adhere to the principle of "audit quality as the key", combine the problems found in daily audit work, strictly implement scientific and standardize audit requirements, strictly control audit quality, and continuously improve the effectiveness of audit supervision. The members of the audit team also exchanged the problems encountered in the audit and their solutions, and clarified the direction of the next audit. Finally, under the leadership of Li Zhen, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Audit Bureau, all party members reviewed the party oath facing the party flag, reviewed their solemn commitment and original mission when joining the party, strengthened their ideals and beliefs, and further enhanced their sense of responsibility to "judgment for the country and plan for the people." 
In the next step, the temporary party branch will take learning and education as an opportunity to persevere in implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, promote "learning, investigating, reforming and promoting" in an integrated manner, and effectively transform the actual results of learning and education into effective measures to promote audit work. |
