On the afternoon of June 4th, the Audit Bureau of Ningbo City held an on-site meeting for the economic responsibility audit of the term of office of the Minister of the Organization Department of the CPC Beilun District Committee of Ningbo City. This was also the first time that the Audit Bureau of Ningbo City conducted an audit on the fulfillment of the economic responsibility of the main leading cadres of the Party Committee's organization department during their term of office. Wang Shaoqing, a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Audit Bureau and director of the Municipal Economic Responsibility Joint Conference Office, along with other members of the audit team, all members of the leadership team and department heads of the Organization Department of Beilun District Committee, attended this meeting.

At the entry meeting, the audit team read out the audit notice, announced the audit discipline, and introduced the audit work arrangement. Comrade Wang Shaoqing put forward three opinions and suggestions on the audit work: First, raise the position and deepen the understanding. Economic responsibility audit is a powerful guarantee for promoting law-based administration and law-based governance by leading cadres. The audited units and leading cadres should fully recognize the importance of economic responsibility audit from the height of politics and enhance the initiative to do a good job in this audit work. Second, actively coordinate and proactively cooperate. Economic responsibility audits cover a wide range and are comprehensive in content. The Organization Department of the District Committee should actively coordinate and cooperate to ensure that the audit team completes the audit tasks with high quality. Third, we must strictly follow procedures and be realistic. The audit team should, in accordance with the requirements of the "Audit Standard Enhancement Year" campaign, meticulously, thoroughly and optimally carry out every audit link. We should not only strengthen the constraints and supervision over the exercise of power, conduct thorough investigations, but also implement the requirements of the "three distinctions", and determine responsibilities in a compliant, reasonable, scientific and standardized manner.

The meeting also invited relevant officials from the Municipal Organization Department, the Organization and Compilation Office of Beilun District Committee and the Audit Bureau of Beilun District to attend.
