On June 26th, the Municipal Audit Bureau held a warning education meeting on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation and a "July 1st" themed Party day activity. Educate those around us with events close to us and promote the in-depth development of comprehensive and strict governance over the Party. Li Yonghui, the Party Secretary, Director and First-Class Inspector of the Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a special Party lesson. All the cadres and staff of the Municipal Bureau and representatives of the retired Party branch of the bureau's office attended the meeting.

Since the launch of the study and education campaign to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation, our bureau has been committed to planning the overall situation in terms of "coordination", making genuine efforts in "study and investigation", and achieving real results in "key groups". We have meticulously organized and implemented, strictly enforced tasks, and enhanced the awareness of work style and discipline among cadres, achieving phased results. All cadres and staff members of the bureau should further deeply understand the significant meaning of the style of work construction and the learning and education from the theoretical, historical and practical dimensions. They should always bear in mind that the style of work construction is an ongoing process. They should raise their position by focusing on "in-depth study and thorough understanding", deepen the "warning education", and strengthen practical work by concentrating on the "supervisory function", to ensure that the learning and education are of high standards, high quality and good results.

First, we must always keep our minds tight and our states tense. We should integrate the study of cases with the strengthening of Party spirit, incorporate the study of discipline and rules into daily life and make it a regular practice, so as to have a sense of fear and know when to stop. Second, we must continue to achieve practical results and strive for excellence. We should closely integrate the in-depth study and education on implementing the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation with the current auditing work, closely follow the deployment and requirements of the "Year of Scientific and Standardized Enhancement" action, enhance the core ability of "closely monitoring funds to identify problems", establish a research-oriented auditing mindset of "viewing the economy from outside of auditing", improve the ability of "making suggestions based on development", and firmly hold the bottom line of safe development. Third, we must continue to be strict and meticulous, and maintain a rigorous work style. The meeting also commended outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding Party affairs workers and advanced grassroots Party organizations of the municipal bureau, and held a glorious retirement ceremony for the retired cadres who retired in the past two years. After the meeting, young cadres under the age of 40 from the municipal bureau visited the "Exhibition on the 100-Year History of the Communist Party of China in Ningbo" at the Ningbo City Exhibition Hall, further consolidating their ideological foundation, truly integrating the red genes into the blood of their youth, and gathering the strength to forge ahead.
